Who Was Neil Armstrong
Who Was Neil Armstrong, by Who Was Books, describes the thrilling life of the most famous astronaut ever. First, Neil Armstrong has two siblings. One brother and a sister. Neil loved flying. He would always go to air shows and had posters of the Wright Brothers on his walls. He had always wanted to become a pilot. Armstrong went to Purdue in sight of learning engineering so he could be a pilot. At college, he would meet his wife of 38 years. Also, he wanted to join the aircraft testing group so he could fly multiple different planes. Finally, Neil's daughter died of a tumor in her brain at the age of three.
I really liked this book it taught me a lot about Neil. my favorite part was when he had the famous quote, “One small step for man, one large leap for mankind.” My personal connection to this book is I like space. In conclusion, I really liked this book and highly recommend it.
