I Wonder Why Camels Have Humps
I Wonder Why Camels Have Humps, a short nonfiction book, describes all about camels and other animals. The first thing I learned was that camels have humps to store water for the long hot summer in the desert. Next, elephants actually have trunks so they can pull leaves down from trees. It also acts like a hand. Also, snakes smell with their tongue. Finally, the tiger is one of the few animals that attack humans for no reason.
I loved reading this book. I learned so much about camels and other animals. All the pictures matched perfectly. Clearly, this was a great book and I learned a lot.
