Sir Conference and the Dragon of PI

 “Sir Conference and the Dragon of PI”, a short picture book, by Cindy Neuschwander, tells the story of Radius and how he saves his dad the dragon. In the beginning, Radius and his dad are having lunch on the lawn. His dad started to have stomach pains. However, they didn’t know how to cure him. So, Radius ran to the doctor to see if he had a cure, but he was not there. Then Radius grabbed a random bodle that said fire belly. In the end, Radius gave the cure to his dad and he was fine. Or was he? Read to find out.

I really didn’t understand what pi or circumference was until I read this book. I understand it now. Pi is all way the diameter about three times around. See, you take the diameter of any circle and put it around the circumference and it fits about three times. It is exactly 3.14. So the circumference is pi times the diameter.
