Who Was FDR

     Who was Franklin Roosevelt tells about the ins and outs of being one of the most loved presidents ever. FDR was born on January 30, 1882 hyde park N York. FDR was one of the most loved presidents ever because he was president during the Great Depression and thru the second world war. But he didn’t have it easy, he got polio. Despite having polio and was on the unlucky side of it, he still traveled all over the world and on a train all over America to campaign. Americans liked FDR and to show it he was elected four times. Unfortunately, one of the blood vessels in his head burst and he died. 

I learned how much of a good guy and a good government representative. I enjoy reading the Who Was, Who Is, What Was, and What Is, books but this one was a hit for me. I loved it and I thought the pictures told the story even more. I know will forever remember the name FDR. I clearly loved this book and I hope you will too.
